The SAIT Abrasivi SAITDISC AZ-X 115 mm is a high-performance zirconia abrasive fiber disc for stainless steel and hard metals, made in Italy and supplied in Lebanon by Rousse. It fits 4.5″ (11.5 cm) angle grinders with a 22 mm centre hole and a backing pad.

Zirconia alumina fiber sanding disc with high performance and high abrasive power. The self-sharpening grain keeps cutting under pressure, giving long life on stainless steel and hard alloys.

• Always mount fibre discs on the matching SAITPAD backing pad with its locking nut.
• Store flat in the original pack at 15–25 °C and 45–75 % relative humidity so the discs stay flat.
• On special order: round bore with 4 slots, and semi-depressed centre (BS) discs for 180 mm.

Safety

Always mount the disc on a suitable backing pad, check that the grinder speed does not exceed the speed marked on the disc, and wear eye, hand and hearing protection.

FAQ

Zirconia or aluminium oxide — which lasts longer?
Zirconia is tougher and self-sharpening, so under firm pressure it typically outlasts standard aluminium oxide on steel and stainless.

Is it the blue fiber disc?
Yes. Workshops in Lebanon often ask for it as the blue stainless disc (ورق صاروخ Stainless أزرق).

What is a fiber disc called in Lebanon?
In Lebanon and the Arab region, fiber discs are usually called wara2 saroukh (ورق صاروخ), wara2 jalkh (ورق جلخ), disc jalekh or s7oun jalekh (صحون جلخ), and sometimes wara2 sanfara (ورق صنفرة). For this disc, ask for wara2 saroukh stainless (ورق صاروخ ستانلس).
