SUPER – Italian Super Rocket Segments

Isabrasivi Super Rocket red segments — a faster-cutting, longer-lasting Italian grinding segment for marble and terrazzo floors.

Same Cassani shape as the white segments, for contractors who want more output per set on hard or large floors.

Applications

• Fast grinding and levelling of marble and terrazzo
• Large floors and harder stone where white segments wear quickly
• Preparing floors for polishing

How to use it

1. Start with a coarse grade (000, 00 or 0) to level the floor and remove lippage.
2. Work up through grades 1, 2, 3 and 4, rinsing the floor well between grades.
3. Finish with 5 Extra polishing segments or a polishing plateau, then a polishing product (powder, paste, wax or crystallizer).

Safety

Always grind wet, keep cables away from water, use a machine with an earth-leakage breaker and wear boots, gloves and eye and hearing protection.

FAQ

Which grade do I start with?
Start with the coarsest grade the floor needs — 000, 00 or 0 for levelling old or uneven floors — then go up one grade at a time to 4 before polishing.

Wet or dry?
Always wet. Water cools the segments, carries away the slurry and gives a better finish.

What do people call it in Lebanon?
Usually ahjar jalli super or a7mar (أحجار جلي سوبر).
