Technical data

SAITDIAM-CT CS (PREMIUM): thin continuous-rim diamond blade for extremely precise, chip-free cutting of glazed and fragile ceramics and stoneware. Dry cutting. Source: SAIT General Catalogue 2026.

• Never use a diamond blade for grinding, and never exceed the maximum speed.
• Mount with suitable flanges and keep the guard on; use dust extraction.
• Store at 15–30 °C and 45–75 % relative humidity; check the blade for damage before mounting.

FAQ

Dry or wet cutting?
These discs can be used dry on angle grinders; cut in passes and let the disc cool in the air every 30–60 seconds. Water cooling extends life on hard granite and porcelain.

Which way does it turn?
Mount the disc with the arrow matching the grinder rotation, with the guard in place.

What do people call it in Lebanon?
Usually disc almas (ديسك إلماس).
