SAIT abrasive cloth sleeves, 90 x 100 mm in zirconia-alumina, for expanding-drum satin finishers. Made in Italy by SAIT Abrasivi and supplied in Lebanon by Rousse.

Machine compatibility

The 90 x 100 mm sleeves fit any satin-finishing or burnishing machine with a 90 mm diameter × 100 mm wide expansion roller, including:

• Eisenblätter POLY-PTX (Germany) – e.g. POLY-PTX 802, known in Lebanon simply as “PTX” or “Poly PTX”
• CS Unitec PTX satin finishers (the same machine sold in the USA)
• Metabo burnishing machines with the 90 x 100 mm expansion roller (e.g. SE 12-115)
• FLEX satin finishers and other drum sanders that take 90 x 100 mm sleeves

Slide the sleeve over the rubber roller, follow the running-direction arrow and start the machine: the roller expands and grips the sleeve. Check your roller size before ordering – ask us on WhatsApp if unsure.
