SAITEX abrasive cloth belts from SAIT Abrasivi for belt grinders and pipe sanders, made in Italy and supplied in Lebanon by Rousse. 100 x 4000 mm belts in aluminium oxide (N-TA-X) and zirconia (N-Z-X), and 15 x 1510 mm zirconia belts for pipe and file sanders.

Applications

• Grinding and finishing metal and stainless on long belt grinders
• Satin finishing tubes with pipe sanders (15 x 1510 mm)
• Deburring and edge finishing

Technical data

SAITEX cloth belts. Z-X is full resin bonded zirconia cloth for heavy-duty work. Belt speed must not exceed 40 m/s — match it to the material. Set the correct tension and always run the belt in the direction of the arrow printed on the back. Source: SAIT General Catalogue 2026.
