SAITPAD backing pads for fibre discs, for angle grinders with M10 or M14 spindle. Made in Italy by SAIT Abrasivi and supplied in Lebanon by Rousse. A good backing pad supports the fibre disc, controls flexibility and makes the disc last longer.

Technical data

SAITPAD backing pads for SAITDISC fibre discs: polymer pads with radial cooling grooves. Medium-flexibility pads follow surfaces; HARD pads give maximum stock removal with ceramic and zirconia discs. Use 110–120 mm pads for 115–125 mm discs and 165–173 mm pads for 180 mm discs. Source: SAIT General Catalogue 2026.

FAQ

Which pad do I need?
Match the pad thread to your grinder (M10 for small Italian/European grinders, M14 for most others) and the pad size to the disc: 110 mm pad for 115 mm discs, 170 mm for 180 mm discs.
